BIO
Ms. Leonard is the managing partner of Leonard & Associates, P.L.L.C. She is originally from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Ms. Leonard graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in May of 1997. She also received her undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma in May of 1994 receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Letters. Ms. Leonard is currently licensed to practice law in both Oklahoma and Texas. She is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, Western District Court of Oklahoma, Eastern District Court of Oklahoma, Northern District Court of Oklahoma, Supreme Court of Oklahoma, and the Supreme Court of Texas.
In Law School, Ms. Leonard was a member of the Oklahoma Law Review. She served as the President of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. And, she participated on several Appellate Advocacy Teams, including the American Bar Association Team and the Jessup International Law Team. She was also recognized as a Member of the Order of the Barristers and served on the Luther Bohannan Inns of Court.
During Law School, Ms. Leonard interned at various law firms in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Dallas, Texas. Upon graduation from Law School, Ms. Leonard was offered a position with a national defense firm in Houston, Texas where she practiced primarily in the area of School Law, representing school districts. Ms. Leonard returned to Oklahoma, and since 1998, Ms. Leonard’s legal practice has focused on the area of Employment Litigation, representing primarily employees who have suffered harm arising out of their employment.
Ms. Leonard has served as a member of various legal organizations, such as the American and Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association, the Oklahoma Employment Lawyers Association (previously serving as Vice President), the American Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, The Federal Bar Association, and the Texas Bar Association.

SHANNON HAUPT

BIO
Shannon C. Haupt has been practicing law, representing private and federal-sector employees, since 2001. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Haupt worked toward taking a proactive approach to employment issues as a Human Resources Director for a non-profit organization employing more than 500 individuals.
Ms. Haupt graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2000. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Relations from East Central University in 1996, where she graduated with honors.
Ms. Haupt was born and raised in the small community of Macomb, Oklahoma. During her spare time, Ms. Haupt enjoys volunteering her time to various legal and civic organizations. Ms. Haupt has previously acted as a Board Member for Central Oklahoma Community Action Agency, served as a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association Legal Ethics Committee and worked as an American Red Cross volunteer.
