We represent employees in disputes involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, failure to pay wages and overtime, whistle-blowing, and violations of constitutional rights. Our cases are brought primarily in federal court, but we also handle state court actions and arbitrations. And, we work with clients to achieve their desired goals through more informal out-of-court resolutions. We also represent clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission (for unemployment benefits).
